...somnis amb triangles. / ...triangle dreams.

Avui us porto una altra tècnica senzilla i divertida que vaig descobrir aquest estiu. Com que sóc autodidàcta, cada tècnica que descobreixo em sembla millor que l'anterior i més divertida !!!! Segurament moltes de vosaltres ja les heu probat però us recomano especialment aquesta per al resultat final. Bé, us haig de confesar que, per mi, el patch quan més geométric més m'agrada. 

Today I want to show you another simple and fun patch technique that I discovered this summer. Since I am self-taught, every technique I find out is better or event more fun than the previous one. I am sure all of you have tried this technique before, if not I really recommend you due to the final result. I do have to confess you that I like patch to be very geometric and repeated. 

Em sembla que hi ha diferents maneres de fer el "half square triangle" però per mi la millor, i més ràpida, la prodeu trobar aquí. 

I am pretty sure that there are different was of doing the half square triangle but for me the best and the fastest you can find it here. 

Seguint aquest tutorial, simplement queda perfecte!!!

Té un munt de detalls i és una mica més gran que els que feia fins ara.

Hi he aplicat un cor fet de ganxet per fer-los encara més romàntics.

I placed a crochet heart to give a more romantic feeling.

 

París... La ciutat de l'amor!!! Ja m'imagino a la parelleta disfrutant de un bon cafè i uns croissants ben dolços...

Paris... City of love!!! I can imagine them having a good coffee and some fresh and sweet croissants.

...de la tela que em va sobrar del plaid que us ensenyava ahir també en va sortir un camí de taula. Famosa és la meva passió per als individuals. Aquest és molt senzill i m'encanta precisament per això!

...una tarda d'agost em vaig escapar a R.C. Quilts & Patchwork a buscar la tela per al darrera. Val la pena el viatge fins aquesta botiga doncs tenen infinites teles. De veritat que us la recomano.

 

...one August day I went to R.C. Quilts & Patchwork to buy fabric for the back. I really enjoyed the trip to this shop because they have a lot of fabrics. I really recommend you to visit it.

...tots dos són genials amb projectes fàcils i molt creatius de fer. Us els recomano. De tota manera, per mi el repte és el de ganxet doncs no en tinc ni idea, literalment. Però em vaig comprar aquests cabdells i ara no em queda més remei a aprendre. No sembla difícil però... Espero poder ensenyar-vos alguna cosa acabada ben aviat.

...both of them have fun, easy and creative projects. I do recommend them. Anyway, for me the challenge is the crochet one because I have no idea how to crochet, really. But I bought this two balls and now I have to learn. It looks easy but... Hopefully I will be able to show you something pretty soon.

...us he dit mai que em pirra fer individuals???? Doncs, em xifla fer individuals!!!! Quan estic falta d'inspiració els produeixo de dos en dos. Aquests són els últims.

...did I ever told you that I am crazy for placemats???? I just love them!!! Whenever I have a lack of inspiration I do them in couples. These are the last ones.

...haig de reconèixer que aquests tenen una mica de trampa. Tenia els log cabins fets de fa temps, què temps? Anys! En teoria era per una cobrellit per la nostra habitació però em vaig cansar, ho sento... els feia a mà i tinc un llit gros, molt gros! Total que els he recuperat!

...I do have to tell you that they are triki ones. I did the log cabins a long time ago, actually years ago! They where supposed to be a big quilf for our bed but I quit, I am sorry... I did not have the sewing machine by then and my bed is quite big! I gave them a second try!

...tenen un toc una mica clàssic i per donar-los una mica de color li he posat un voraviu verd amb flors. No n'estava del tot segura però el resultat final m'agrada força!

...they look a little bit classic and to give them some colour I used a green binding with flowers. I was not quite sure at the beginning, but I like them so much now!

...ostres! Quin fred! Aquesta setmana he estat a Varsòvia on he passat més fred que en tota la meva vida!!! -18º + fort vent = fred siberià. Totes aquestes capes m'hauria posat...
...my God! It's cold! This week I've been in Warsaw and never before I was so cold!! -18 + strong wind = siberian cold. All this layers I would put on...

...com que aquí també fa fred, no he sortit de casa en tot el cap de setmana i he acabat un preciós camí de taula per la meva sogra.
...as it is also cold here I did not go out throughout the weekend what gave me time to end a pretty table runner for my mother-in-law.
